Creating an Educational Blog Part I: Theory

Information Technology During this session, participants will be introduced to the technological framework of blogging. They will gain an understanding of the underlying publish and subscribe technology. A thorough review of the features and administrative options required to create and maintain a blog will be discussed.

During this hands-on computer lab experience, participants will build their own multiple-post blog using one of two blogging services. They will learn to set the features and administrative options. Participants will explore subscribing to multiple blogs using a blog reader.
